Salesforce Platform Basics (Chapter 1)
In this series I will start from basic to expert in series of blogs helpful for both admin as well developer.There will be a helpful trailhead link as well as video for better understanding and practice.
I know many of you have heard that Salesforce is just a CRM which stores the data and gives you
processes to nurture prospective customers, and provides ways to collaborate with people you work
with.
But wait guys its not that simple.Salesforce comes with a lot of standard i.e out of the box functionality which helps in defining your business. Here are some common things businesses want to do
with Salesforce and the features we give you that support those activities.
But Salesforce doesn't stops here. It not only contains the above standard feature but it also helps you in customizing the whole application according to the business need. For example :
